Shipping Policy
All our orders are sent via Australia Post.

Australia and New Zealand customer
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to our Australian and New Zealand customers.
For Express shipping, we charge AUD25. Please contact us if you need express shipping.

International Customer
We provide free standard International shipping. For Express shipping, we charge AUD 50. Please contact us if you need express shipping.
Taxes and duties
Please note that the international delivery charges do not include any duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be applied by customs at the customer's destination country. Any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times supplied are a best estimate and cannot be liable for any unavoidable delivery delays out of our control.

Delivery Time estimates
Delivery in Australia via Australia Post Standard Post can range from 2-8 business days.
Delivery in Australia via Australia Post Express Post can range from 1-4 business days.
Delivery Internationally via Australia Post Express International can range from 4-8 business days (NZ), up to 6-10 business days (Asia, UK, US and Europe).

Track your item
We will email a shipping confirmation email with the unique tracking number your order is dispatched.
You will be required to sign for your delivery. We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are a small, sustainable Fashion House focusing on customer satisfaction. We do quality checks prior to the items being posted to our customers.

Please contact us within 30 days of your order arriving to you. Beyond 30 days period, unfortunately we will not be able to process any request for return. The items must be returned with the tags intact and sent back in the condition it was received. We will not be able to process returns for customer mishandling or used items.
Please note the cost of returning the item back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend you to return the packages via registered post for effective tracking as Boutique Bella Nishka is not not liable for packages lost in the post.
All returned items will take up to 7 business days to be processed from the date we receive the items.
After the processing of returns, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Please allow 10 business days for the refunds to in your bank account/credit card. Funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES
Please email us directly to check if we have stock available or can be ordered for you within acceptable turn around time. Please note that the exchange process has adverse impacts on the lead time in replenishing the stock by the manufacturing artisans.
However, please note if an item is showing as "low stock" we recommend purchasing your replacement as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as it may sell out while you are waiting for your return to arrive back to us and be processed.
